Just minutes before the players were about to lineup for the The Star Spangled Banner
At the NHL All-Star Game, LA Kings Ice Crew member Courtney Daniels found out she was about to sing for a national audience.
Originally, Fifth Harmony was scheduled to sing, but one of the members fell ill just moments before the performance. That’s when Daniels found out she was the rescue plan.
"I was told I was singing, changed my clothes and they handed me the microphone," Daniels said. "I felt so honored and was so excited and I really wanted to help any way that I could."
