Marty Walsh Says A Permanent Memorial For Boston Marathon Bombing Will Happen By Next Year

In an interview with Boston Mayor, Marty Walsh, he said that there are plans in place to have a memorial on Boylston Street by the 5th anniversary of the Boston Bombing by next year.

It’s very sensitive, three lives were lost on Boylston Street that day. We are in the process now of beginning conversations and there will be markings on Boylston Street by next year, the fifth anniversary.
