5SOS Went Glamping For Michael Clifford's Birthday

Kiss 108 Jingle Ball - 5SOS

Getting ready for their final show of the year, the boys of Five Seconds of Summer hung out backstage at Kiss 108's Jingle Ball Sunday night in Boston.

As the year winds down, Billy Costa asked the group to reflect on their favorite moments of 2019. While most of the crew offered up answers about song releases and big concerts, guitarist Michael Clifford shared a heartwarming story about reconnecting with his band mates in natur.

"We all went to Park City, Utah, and we all stayed in this cabin in the snow," Clifford explained. "And it was awesome to - after all of these years - still remember that we can connect like that."

While Clifford was ready to make the trip sound like the crew were roughing it our in the woods, drummer Ashton Irwin and vocalist Luke Hemmings were quick to point out it was more like glamping.

"It was a good moment guys," Clifford continued. "Thank you!"
