Ray Tuckby has stayed in the once idyllic, now decrepit and barren town of Trona in order to remain near the unrequited love of his youth. The town is run by a teenage drug and real estate kingpin, and when a stranger comes to Trona with dreams of turning the town around, Ray and his friends team up to defeat the young thugs and return Trona to its original splendor.
