A study a Tel Aviv University showed that people who had a carb-fest, protein-packed breakfast followed by dessert lost more weight than people who started their day with a low-carb sugar-free meal. The people who had a little dessert -- like a piece of cake -- had less cravings throughout the day and lost considerably more weight during their 8 month trial.

THIS GUY is leaving Lottery Offices in Florida after claiming his $590 MILLION in winnings in the biggest Powerball jackpot... of EVER!!!
Why isn't he smiling??? Here's what I think he's thinking.....
UPDATE: I am a moronic fool. The MOTHER was the winner. Sonny-boy was just along for the ride. Still... she doesn't look too happy either. She must be missing Matlock.
This picture has gone viral in the past week. Burger King has developed a hands-free Whopper holder. So you can eat like a horse with a feedbag AND continue to play Candy Crush at the same time!!!
The story that's floating around says that Burger King has only produced about 50 of these in Puerto Rico so you probably (and sadly) may never see one.
And now I become Mr. Snopes. This is....... a hoax.
The company DID make the Whopper holder -- and it IS only in Puerto Rico -- BUT -- it was created for a humorous ad celebrating the sandwich's 50th anniversary.
Sorry. No Whopper Holder for you. If you're very disappointed reading this, you can make your own. Just take a Whopper, put it in a medical mask as seen below, put on your face, and enjoy!! I've always got your back...
According to a new survey people give an average of $111 for a high school graduation.

Please stop inviting me to all graduation parties.
The Jackson Blue Guy
People in Culver City, CA have been complaining about a JC Penney billboard on the side of the road which (they say) uses an image of Adolf Hitler on it.
But... it's actually a tea kettle. LOOK:
If you have to blur your eyes to begin to see what they're complaining about, I think what it actually proves is there's a lot of blind drivers on the road in California.
About a month ago I made a stupid, stupid mistake. I had treated myself 3 weeks prior and got myself an iPad Mini, and I loved it. It made my life easier. I synced it with my phone. It was helping me stay on task, etc. etc. etc.
So one day I'm in the back yard making music videos of my 5 and 3 year old with a pretty cool video app. Suddenly the ice cream man rolls up in the neighborhood so I decide to treat the girls to an ice cream. I put the Mini on the trunk of my car, pay the ice cream man, the girls are happy, life is good.
At some point I realize I'm running late for work so I cruise out to my car and take off. It isn't until I'm almost to Medford (coming from the Quincy area) that I realize what I've done. Yup. I left the Mini on the trunk. It was no longer there. I was sad sad Jackson.
About a month has passed. Then today I'm at the store buying baby onesies for my dog (that's a whole other story) and I get a call from the Apple Store at The Cambridgeside Galleria. Turns out some guy found my Mini on the side of the road and returned it to the Apple Store to have them properly dispose of it. Jessica, who is a manager there, decided to look me up and let me know she had it. She told me that it didn't work anymore but that none of the glass was broken and it looked totally fine. Even though there were tire marks all over the cover so it had obviously been run over by multiple cars.
I went to the Apple Store and she showed it to me. Barely... any... damage. I'm sure the rain over the past 4 weeks probably killed it. Jessica was AWESOME and gave me a CRAZY deal on a replacement, which was incredibly nice and backs up why I'll always be an Apple fan. But how crazy is that?? I live in the Quincy area and it stayed on my trunk on the highway all the way through the Tip O'Neil tunnel to the Exit 26 area. To you people outside Boston that's a good 10 miles or so - in a mix of fast driving, stop-and-go traffic, and corners to get to the highway - and a month of time going by in between.
Anyway, thank you to Jessica (the super nice and generous manager at the Apple Store at the Cambridgeside Galleria), the stranger who returned my iPad, and to the Academy. I can now waste my time playing Ninja Fishing again. YES!!
(Oh yeah... the picture up top is the cover off my old Mini... which I'm now using again.)
I was on the air hosting a "Rihanna Post Show Party" on KISS last night talking to a TON of people who went to her concert at The Garden. Some people left early before Rihanna went on because they had work or finals to take today - obviously very disappointed. I talked to others who were appauled with people at the show boo'ing Rihanna after paying to see her. But mostly, it was disappointment in Rihanna for making her fans wait so long to see her perform after paying their hard-earned cash to see her.
After the show Rihanna took to Instagram and Twitter and posted the following message to her Boston fans:
#BOSTON I will never forget this night!!! I truly have deeper love for you now!!! Thank you for making it extra special!! #DWT
She has a 'deeper love' for you now. She'll never forget the night and it was extra special. Do you feel the same way, Boston?? Comment below.
