Two things:

1) Kelly Osbourne is looking AMAZING these days!! I saw her on The Talk the other day for Sharon Osbourne's 60th birthday and she really looked great. Wait - did I just say that? Umm... I was forced into watching The Talk by an angry kidnapper. There.

2) A minute ago I just read that she's on "The Plate Diet?" Have you ever heard of that?? Apparently research shows that if you eat food on a plate that is a different color than the food you're eating, you eat up to 20% less.

A source says:

“Five months after Kelly started the plan the results are there for all to see. She thinks it’s amazing — she takes her plates everywhere. Unlike other fads, Kelly says this diet does help you lose weight and keep it off.”

Again - I'm a Kelly Supporter - but REALLY??

Has anybody reading this tried "The Plate Diet?" Think it really could work??

I'm eating a very multi-colored dinner tonight so I'm screwed.
