The voice of Elmo is being accused of having a relationship with a 16 year old boy... when he was 45!!
The kid is now 23, Kevin Clash (the voice of Elmo) is now 52.
Clash doesn't deny the relationship but says it was between 2 consenting adults -- that it started after the accuser was 18.
He's been granted a leave of absence while the accusations are investigated.
Elmo's best friend Dorothy the Fish was contacted for comment but has yet to respond.
