survivorship!  Are you ready to take on
everyday life threatening situations? 
Does the simple act of having to leap out of the way of a moving car or
falling object to save your life scare you because your body isn’t
prepared?  Then this routine is just what
you need to survive!  By training only 5
minutes a day you can be on your way to not only feeling healthier, but being
more confident that you can outwit dangerous situations!  Each exercise has a progression to ensure
that no matter what your current level of fitness is, you can complete this
routine.  Now get to work, your life
depends on it!
