A Southern California high school senior promises supermodel Kate Upton a great time if she comes to his prom. Jake Davidson of Sherman Oaks got a chance to make his pitch live on NBC's "Today" show after posting a YouTube invite that went viral. Turns out Upton saw the video and called in to "Today." She thanked Davidson for making the video, said she loved it and called it "hilarious." She also noted, however, that she'd have to check her schedule to see if she's available.
Davidson says he plans to buy Upton a wrist corsage if she can make the prom on May 23rd.
And she Tweet'd back saying she would check her schedule! Damn! This is the perfect scam and I only wish Facebook and Twitter were around when I had Prom! Think of all the wasted Friday and Saturday nights when I could have been asking out Sports Illustrated Models back in the day. Jake you are like a God to me. Way smarter than Mark Zuckerberg or Tom Anderson (myspace). They gave you the tools and you took it to the next level.
