'Red' tops album chart

Billboard.com reports that the country/pop star's brand new album has taken the number one position in the album chart

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 31 (UPI) -- Taylor Swift's "Red" is No. 1 on the U.S. album chart, Billboard.com reported Wednesday.

Coming in at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 is Kendrick Lamar's "Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City," followed by Jason Aldean's "Night Train" at No. 3, Mumford & Sons' "Babel" at No. 4 and Tony Bennett's "Viva Duets" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are Gary Clark Jr.'s "Blak & Blu" at No. 6, Stone Sour's "House of Gold & Bones -- Part 1" at No. 7, P!nk's "The Truth About Love" at No. 8, Lady Antebellum's "On This Winter's Night" at No. 9 and Brandy's "Two Eleven" at No. 10.
