The guys will be immortalized in wax!

One Direction is being immortalized in a big way relatively early in their careers. Madame Tussauds has announced that wax figures of Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson are set to be unveiled next month.
The One Direction figures will make their debut in London on April 18th where they will remain for two months before heading to New York, where they will be from July to October. From October to January 2014, the wax figures will be in Sydney, with additional dates to be announced at a later time.
Zayn tells "MTV" that the boys were surprised when they were told that Madame Tussauds wanted to create their wax likenesses. He admitted that he was confused as to why the museum would want wax works of "five normal lads, just like jokers" along with their collection of big, influential stars, but said it was "an amazing honor."
